Abstract: The 5' end is uncertain. The sequence is relatively young and spans from 65433 to 59347 in Genbank sequence with Acc. No. BX649219, but it includes a solo LTR (SZ-20LTR) inserted at positions 61030-59636. Therefore the final sequence has been reconstructed from two separate pieces after eliminating a duplicated target CTAC. For this reason the sequence is labeled as "consensus.".
