Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 95% identical to the consensus. HAT15_CB contains 11bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications. Related to HAT16_CB and HAT4_CE from C. elegans.
