Title:
DNA-1_SP, a family of nonautonomous DNA transposon in the sea urchin genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(6), 136-136 (2005)
Abstract:
The genome contains several hundred copies of DNA-1_SP elements that are >90% identical to their consensus sequence. These elements are characterized by 87-bp terminal inverted repeats. Target side duplications are not clear. Classification is unknown.
