MUDRN4_OS: a non-autonomous MuDR transposon from rice.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(5), 125-125 (2005)
Abstract:
MUDRN4_OS has perfect 50 bp terminal inverted repeats, and generates 10 bp target site duplications. The associated autonomous element is not yet known. There are >1000 elements in the rice genome.
