Title: MuDR-14_CB - a family of nonautonomous MuDR-like transposons. |
Journal: Repbase Reports 5(4), 88-88 (2005) |
Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 88% identical to the consensus. MuDR-14_CB contains 11 bp-long TIRs, flanked by 8 bp target duplications. TIRs are similar to MuDR-12A_CB, MuDR-13_CB, and MuDR-11_CB.
