Abstract:
At least 30 large fragments, including some nearly full-length ones, exist in the genome still, with similarities to the consensus of approx. 88%. Two significant ORFs are present in the consensus. The corresponding LTR is ERV15_MD_LTR. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
