Title: Tc1-N2_SP, a family of nonautonomous DNA transposons in the sea urchin genome |
Journal: Repbase Reports 4:(9) p.245 (2004) |
Abstract: Tc1-N2_SP is a family of nonautonomous Mariner/Tc1 transposons. These elements are flanked by the TA target site duplications. The consensus sequence is a palindrome. The sea urchin genome harbors over 1000 of Tc1-N2_SP elements.
