Title:
hAT-N2_CR, a family of nonautonomous hAT transposons from the green algae genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4:(2) p. 49 (2004)
Abstract:
About 100 copies of hAT-N2_CR are present in the C. reinhardtii genome. They are ~97% identical to the consensus sequence. hAT-N2_CR is characterized by 21 imperfect TIRs and 8-bp TSDs. hAT-N2_CR shares common termini with Gulliver.
