Abstract: ERVN1-LTR_DR is a long terminal repeat of the ERVN1_DR miniature nonautonomous endogenous retrovirus. Internal portion of ERVN1_DR is deposited in Repbase as ERVN1-I_DR. Solo copies of ERVN1-LTR_DR are flanked by 5-bp target site duplications. Some copies of ERVN1-LTR_DR were multiplied not during retrotransposition of ERVN1_DR but due to transpositions of the hAT-2N1_DR nonautonomous transposon.
