Abstract: MuDR2_TP is an incomplete copy of the MuDR transposon. It encodes a 987-aa portion of the MuDR2_TPp transposase (pos. 317-3274). Approximately a 200-300 aa long C terminal part of the transposase is missed. There is a 65% identity between MuDR2_TP and MuDR1_TP.
