Journal:
Repbase Reports 3:(6) p. 117 (2003)
Abstract:
There are ~100 P-N2_CI elements in the C. intestinalis genome, they are 97% identical to the consensus, and are characterized by 8-bp target site duplications. P-N2_CI is flanked by 29-bp terminal inverted repeats. Putative classification - P superfamily of DNA transposons.
