Journal: Repbase Reports 3:(1) p. 3 (2003) |
|||
Abstract: There are ~100 copies of HARBINGERN1_AG in the genome. They are ~97% identical to the consensus sequence. HARBINGERN1_AG copies are flanked by the TAA and TTA 3-bp target site duplications. This element has 48-bp terminal inverted repeats. Putative classification: a Harbinger-like nonautonomous DNA transposon.
