Abstract: HARBINGERN6_DR copies are flanked by 3-bp target site duplications. It has perfect 18-bp terminal inverted repeats similar to other HARBINGERs. There are several thousand copies of HARBINGERN6_DR harbored by the zebrafish genome; they are ~10% divergent from the consensus sequence (some subfamilies are much younger).
