Abstract: This sequence shows several features characteristic of LINE-mobilized SINE elements. There is a poly-A tail, together with target site duplications of 16-18 bp. The sequence also shows homology to tRNA sequences. The putatively associated LINE element is unidentified. Similar to, but distinct from, rice SINE F524.
